The Board of Directors can decide to suspend or terminate the activity of a registration agent in the following cases:

1. Application of a registration agent for suspension or termination of its activity as registration agent

2. Suspension or termination of the activities of a registration agent pursuant to Art.17 of these Rules and Regulations.
