1. In case of changes of data concerning the securities issue or the requisites including in the submitted documents, the entity under Art.23 shall be obliged immediately to notify the Depository in writing and to submit up-dated documents according to the requirements of Enclosure 02/E02.

2. In case of withdrawal or deletion of the securities by the Depository from its registers, the entity under Art.23 shall announce the withdrawal or deletion of securities from the registers by enclosing a statement of withdrawal or deregistration of securities and the respective documents specified in Enclosure 02/П02.

3. The statement and documents under p.1 and p.2 shall be sighed and certified by the representative of the company issuer.
