1. Registration is effected after acceptance and processing of the documents under Art. 23, provided all the requirements are fulfilled. The issue shall be registered based on the registration statement whereas the Central Depository shall not be liable for any discrepancies between the application data and the data provided in Articles of Association of the company or in the Register of Shareholders held by the company.

2. Changes can be entered after receipt and processing of the documents under Art.25, provided all the requirements are fulfilled.

3. The Central Depository can request additional data and documents to ensure proper entries of the stated requisites in the register.

4. Debt instruments shall be registered within one working day, in any other cases the registration under p.1 shall be performed within 10 working days as to the date of receiving the full set of documents and the data required by the Central Depository, provided all the requirements for the registration are fulfilled.
