VII. REGISTERS  
     
Art. 54. Types of Registers  
     
 
The Depository shall keep the following types of registers:

1. Register of dematerialized securities deposited whereas each entry in the register shall pertain to a particular issue.

2. Client Register whereas each entry shall pertain to a particular client of the Depository. Client Register shall be divided into sub-registers as follows:

2.1.1. Sub-register of Depository members, each with its functions;

2.1.2. Sub-register of holders of securities registered with the Depository;

2.1.3. Sub-register of issuers or entities offering securities for public trade, represented from the respective underwriters.

3. Securities Account Register, whereas each entry in the register shall pertain to a particular account.

4. Securities Transaction Register, whereas each entry in the register shall pertain to a closed transaction with securities registered with the Depository. All transactions ordered but unclosed shall be entered into a sub-register.

5. Securities Transfer Register for securities transfers into accounts whereas each register entry shall pertain to a particular transfer. When the transfer concerns securities transactions, it should be stated in the entry which transaction caused the transfer. All transfers ordered but not completed shall be entered into a sub-register.

6. Transaction Payment Register, whereas each register entry shall pertain to a particular payment. The transaction that caused the payment shall be stated in the payment entry. All payments ordered but not completed shall be entered into a sub-register.

7. Special Pledge Register for special pledges established on dematerialized securities registered with Central Depository. Each entry shall pertain to a particular establishment.

8. ISIN Codes of Dematerialized Securities Register. Each entry shall pertain to a particular ISIN code.
