1. Contributions shall only be in cash according to the Service Price Tariff of the Depository.

2. The Depository shall participate in Guarantee Fund and shall contribute to it half of its surplus of the incomes over the expenses for the accounting year pursuant to Art.132, Para.2 of LPOS.

3. Sources for financing the Fund can be loans, grants, foreign aid, etc.
