In administering the privatization processes in the Republic of Bulgaria, the Board of Directors may approve Rules of Operation of the Depository concerning specific privatization procedures. The above mentioned Rules shall be obligatory for the Depository members and shall constitute an integral part of these Rules and Regulations.
